My grandparents got us a new camera for Christmas. (Amazon 2-day shipping makes Christmas come early). I’ve had the Nikon D3000 scoped out for some time and, along with a nice little 50 mm lens, have opened wide the photographic possibilities for this blog.
Here are a few test shots. The lens is manual focus and I haven’t quite fine tuned my focusing abilities. Practice. I am really liking the depth of field, even if some are a bit blurry.
